Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout for all orders based on postcode. For this, it assumes delivery is to a ground floor or loading dock location. For deliveries to other floors, very remote areas or for bulky items extra delivery charges may apply. In this instance we will contact the customer and if agreed send an invoice for the extra cost. If not agreed we can process an immediate refund.

Freight Policy
- We require a physical street address, phone number and contact details.
- We don't deliver to PO Boxes unless small items.
- If the box is damaged, ask for it to be returned to sender.
Delivery Lead Times
Some orders ,might arrive the same day, but our standard delivery timeframes are:
- 2-3 days for Metro Areas.
- 2-5 days for Non-Metro Areas
- 2-8 days for Very Remote Areas
Pick-Up from Warehouses
