The intimus 16.86 High-Volume Shredder & Baler builds on the highly successful 16.50 Series with the inclusion of an integrated waste baling press. These rugged, industrial shredder baler combos are capable of destroying even the most extreme high volumes of sensitive documents and media. They have an impressive 330 sheets per pass capacity, so they can easily destroy up to 1,050 lbs.
As items are shredded the waste is compressed with over 9 tons of force until a neat, tightly packed bale is created. At the push of a button the bale is ejected from the baling press and then secured with bale straps so that it stays intact and is easy to transport.
